Trial License Agreement

• 1. Grant of License:
  • The author and copyright holder grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the trial version of “AdRacer” application ("the Software") for evaluation purposes only.
• 2. Duration:
  • This license is effective for a limited period ("Trial Period"), necessary to explore the functionality of the Software. After the Trial Period, your license to use the Software will automatically terminate.
• 3. Restrictions:
  • You may not:
    • - Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
    • - Rent, lease, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software.
• 4. Ownership:
  • The Software is licensed, not sold. The author and copyright holder retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
• 5. No Warranty:
  • The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• 6. Limitation of Liability:
  • Under no circumstances shall the author and copyright holder be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other financial losses) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
• 7. Termination:
  • This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.
